As a Mac Tech at MacMedics, you'll handle a variety of tasks - from walk-in Apple warranty and non-warranty repairs, to assisting customers with check-in/check-out, answering service questions, helping with upgrades, sales, trade-ins for Macs, iPhones, iPads, and more. You must be comfortable working on the inside of all Mac models. Applicants should be prepared to work weekdays until 5:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
