We are looking for a career minded, motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Minot, ND. Ideally, we are looking for a passionate, superstar Chiropractor who is a team player, to join us in our Associate position or as our Clinic Director. We offer growth opportunities with a potential partnership available within 6-12 months for the right person in our brand new 6000 sq ft practice.

Duties:

• Patient Exam/Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent records/imaging
• Evaluate patients neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine
• Take and interpret X-rays
• Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
• Chiropractic patient care- Manual Adjustments, Diversified, QSM3/Upper Cervical, MC2, TRT, Thompson Drop, Activator Method, Websters Technique, evidence-based treatments, modalities, rehab exercises, and therapy
• Patient education on the exam findings, the benefits of routine chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, supplementation, and home exercises
• Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records
• Re-exams for progress checks, adjustments, and ensure you’ve met patient and treatment goals
• Collaborating and communicating with colleagues, CA’s and administrators for comprehensive patient care
• Promoting wellness chiropractic to our patients and the community at large, Participating in practice promotion and marketing events
• Ensure patient retention is increased, along with PVA, pt visits, and collections show steady and sustained grow
• Assist with the direction of weekly Dr’s meetings
• Ensure Doctor and Patient flow is optimized
• Ensure Patient relationships, referrals, retention, and results are all vastly improved.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic Program (DC)
• Chiropractic license in ND

Schedule:

• Full time

Salary (range):

• Doctors earning $100-$150k in their first or second year with higher levels realistically achievable.
