Top rated facility in Bridgeport, WV in need of a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment.

13 weeks - 12 hour Nights; 12 hr nights, weekends as scheduled - 36GH - ACLS, BLS - Will float between other Telemetry units listed along with the CCU unit if needed - 7N manages cardiac antiarrythmic IV medications and Heparin (anticoagulant)

They use the Kronos System here to clock in and out.

All travelers must take and pass a cardiac rhythm exam. Debi said an RN with ACLS should easily be able to pass this.

Bridgeport, WV the hospital is exit 124.Tthey next exit up is the mall a gym planet fitness and a move theater. Exit 119 which is 4 miles from the hospital has a Super Walmart, and Sams Club, and several other restaurants. Starbucks, Craft shop ect. Staples, Party City, Kohl’s, they also have a Spa Tuscan Sun. They have a Cato's it is a (Women’s dress shop).

If you go 35 miles up the road is Morgantown, WV which has the university of WV. They also have a creative arts center that has live plays, shows ect.

Pittsburgh is located 2 hours away.

The closest housing options are in Morgantown, WV (approx. 35 miles away). There isn't an actual ESA but there's a Suburban Extended Stay so travelers willing/able to commute there could use the hotel rate of $1800 (kitchenettes in room, designed like ESA).

There are also a couple apartment options there so travelers who are willing/able to commute could use that apartment rate of $1750.

Days and Nights Nurse to Patient Ratios are 1:5-6

They have (2 what they call Pairs Units) meaning they have a PCA - (Patient Care Assistant)

They will consider RN's for a guarantee of 36 hours per week but they prefer RN's willing to work 48 hours per week. Overtime is billed after 48 hours.
