Stellar Roofing, a fast-paced roofing and home exterior company seeking a dedicated and reliable Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic Syracuse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier support to both our internal team and our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage roofing projects through completion, including crew coordination and customer communication.
• Provide direct oversight of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure all work follows company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate materials and equipment for timely and efficient project execution.
• Enforce safety policies and quality assurance measures across job sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; maintain positive relationships and conduct regular project updates.
• Conduct inspections, resolve issues, and ensure projects stay on budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of construction/project management experience, preferably in roofing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing and directing subcontractor performance and deliverables.
• Proficient in project management software and familiar with safety protocols.
• Valid NYS driver's license; ability to tow trailer daily (as required).
• High school diploma required; trade school, college coursework, or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented and dependable.
