Project Manager – Roofing & Exteriors

Pay: Commission-based compensation with first-year earning potential of $70K+ – With top performers reaching six figures.

We’re looking for driven, detail-oriented Project Managers with experience in the construction or roofing industry to join our team and help elevate the roofing and exteriors industry! What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the client’s main point of contact from inspection to project completion
• Perform property inspections, assess damage, and guide clients through insurance or retail processes
• Manage documentation using JobNimbus, SumoQuote, Company Cam, Hover, and more
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality builds
• Oversee project scheduling, materials, permits, and crew communication
• Ensure clear, professional communication with homeowners throughout the process
• Conduct quality control walkthroughs and support warranty and invoicing closeout

What You Bring:

• Experience in the construction or roofing industry is required — this role demands hands-on industry knowledge.
• Must be comfortable with the physical aspects of the job, including setting up ladders, climbing roofs, and lifting up to 75 lbs safely.
• Strong project management or field experience (roofing or construction)
• Great communication, follow-through, and people-first mentality
• Ability to learn new software
• Self-motivated, organized, and calm under pressure
• A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to and from work. Fleet vehicles are used during work hours.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and MVR
