Our client are a fast growing general contractor, backed by a global company with a focus on building something special. They're at a key stage of expansion and looking for people who want to contribute meaningfully.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work on-site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Document and report inspection findings with photos and notes.
• Upload QA/QC reports and photos to project platforms (e.g., Unifier, Procore, or similar).
• Track and close out punch list items and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to address quality issues.

Qualifications

• Experience working on 2–3 projects in utility-scale solar, energy storage systems, or substations
• Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Quality Control processes and procedures
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, AC/DC electrical principles, cable terminations, and testing/inspection tools
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and standard problem-solving methodologies
