Job Description

Our client is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Education department supporting the production of essential educational kits used in schools. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive “can do” approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $14/hr

Shift: 6am – 2:30pm, Mon – Fri

What's the Job?

• Accurately select, mix, stage, and package various components in support of the production/manufacturing process.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality while executing daily production goals.
• Participate in analyzing and supporting root causes of production issues and help develop corrective actions.
• Attend job training related to production for professional growth.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling and kit assembling.
• Must maintain a positive attendance record and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
