Delaware North Sportservice is hiring Operations Management Interns to join our team at Busch Stadium in Saint Louis, Missouri for baseball season 2024 . As an Operations Management Intern, you will work directly with multiple stakeholders in Operations, Accounting and HR to assist in the daily operations that are required for our team to successfully operate!

Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, retail, and restaurants at Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and has been the hospitality partner since 1953. Our culinary team creates menu items for all tastes – from ballpark staples and St. Louis classics to fine dining and signature dishes.

• Partner with Front line Managers, Accounting, and HR team
• Assists Managers in daily operational tasks such as managing associate timecards, inputting tip earnings, and assisting with screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Supervise and coordinate activities of team members on a per-shift basis, including training and enforcing work procedures and service standards
• Analyze and resolve all problems with team members, guests, and the operation with the assistance of management
• Estimate, request, and inspect supplies and inventory
• Ensures the accuracy of all deliveries
• Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Must be enrolled in an under graduate or graduate program
• A minimum of one year experience in a hospitality or operations position is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift.
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at the waist, bending, and squat.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
