Job Summary:
ALL AMERICAN+ Field House is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility remains in top condition. This role involves routine maintenance, deep cleaning, equipment upkeep, and safety checks . The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in general maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities:
✅ Perform daily, weekly, and monthly facility maintenance tasks
✅ Conduct deep cleaning of courts, common areas, locker rooms, and storage spaces
✅ Maintain Dr. Dish machines, motorized nets, and turf surfaces
✅ Inspect and repair basketball nets, bleachers, court markings, and protective netting
✅ Handle landscaping duties , including mowing, trimming, and debris removal (seasonal)
✅ Perform safety checks on AEDs, first aid kits, and fire extinguishers
✅ Inspect and replace lighting
✅ Keep storage areas clean and organized
✅ Document completed work and report any issues to management
Requirements:
✔️ Experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or related fields
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks including ladder and lift work.
✔️ Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
✔️ Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
