Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary
This individual will help oversee the inventory of machines and attachments as well as assist with machine specifications and stocking levels.

Essential Functions

• Order new machines and attachments from John Deere and other vendors for Texas and Louisiana locations
• Create machine and attachment stock numbers using the CDK program
• Organize and file related paperwork
• Work with senior management on machine specs and stocking levels
• Assist Doggett locations with inventory inquiries
• Assist Doggett corporate with inventory related issues
• Assist with periodic Deere audits
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Should be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Basic accounting skills required
• Must be a team player and willing to take on new challenges
• Must be professional at all times
• Product knowledge and CDK program skills preferred
