New Pig is currently seeking an
International Product Support Specialist to provide world-class service to both internal and external customers regarding product-related informational needs, to assist with corporate projects and product training. This position requires a positive and detail-oriented individual who is focused on completing accurate work that is in accordance with standards and policies.
Position located at our Tipton and Duncansville, PA locations. International travel required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identifying and providing product solutions for international customers based upon application and regulatory needs via email, phone, chat and occasionally in person
- Answering technical questions about our product line to internal and external customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving product problems and issues
- Participating in new product development, including providing input for new ideas, participating in new product introductions and providing post-launch support
- Assisting in developing and editing technical information for the catalogs, website, content pieces and other promotional material
- Developing and delivering technical training to coworkers, customers and external partners; frequent international travel required
- Supporting international sales team and subsidiaries with technical training and technical sales support
- Conducting research projects in support of market research, product development, product management and marketing
- Keeping current on product, industry and regulatory subjects by completing research and training on continual basis
- Assist international subsidiaries and customers with product compliance needs
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Safety Science or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of environmental and workplace regulations derived from formal study and hands-on application
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a faster-than-average work environment
- Ability to continually multitask in an efficient manner
- Previous customer support/service experience preferred
- Strong written communication skills required
- Multilingual preferred
