Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation and delivery of cargo via ocean, land, and air. This role ensures timely shipment, accurate documentation, and efficient communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The position involves quoting, invoicing, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting high-volume accounts. It also includes analyzing shipping costs, reporting KPIs, and collaborating with supply chain partners to drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound/outbound freight and ensure timely deliveries
Communicate with customers, agents, and vendors
Generate and manage shipping documents and invoices
Track and trace shipments; update shipment status
Handle billing documentation and co-loading operations
Maintain accurate inventory records
Provide quotations and performance reporting (KPIs)
Collaborate with pricing team and logistics partners
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1 Year of Freight Forwarding Experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in computer and database tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
