Company Overview: Animal Dermatology Group is a leading provider of specialty veterinary dermatology. We have selected EzyVet as our practice management software solution to enhancing the efficiency and productivity of our veterinary clinics and doctors.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled EzyVet Implementation Specialist to join our team. The EzyVet Implementation Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption, implementation, and ongoing support of the EzyVet software within our practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with veterinary clinics and hospitals to understand their specific needs, workflows, and operational requirements.
• Lead the implementation process of EzyVet software, including configuration, customization, and data migration, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions, both onsite and remotely, for veterinary staff to effectively utilize the EzyVet platform.
• Act as a subject matter expert on EzyVet software functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to optimize system usage.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, addressing inquiries, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities for upselling additional EzyVet features or services based on client needs.
• Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback, suggestions, and enhancement requests for continuous improvement of the software.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2 + years desired) in implementing and supporting veterinary practice management software.
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic workflows and operations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Proficiency in conducting training sessions and creating user guides or documentation.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach and dedication to client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• The ability to travel 75% of the time, and frequently weekly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of Super User ezyVet experience
• Experience in project management or process improvement methodologies.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Target: $60,000 ($55,000 - $65,000)
• A 5/8 work week (Monday through Friday)
