Role: Full Charge Bookkeeper Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $50,000-$55,000/year Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team immediately! Job Responsibilities: - Record all financial transactions, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy of recorded transactions.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Handle the closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Providing Necessary reports and documentation for tax purposes.
- Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and reviews.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
Requirements: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
