Job Description:

As a Foodservice Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships within the foodservice industry. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range of foodservice equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential customers within the designated territory through various means such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.

Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and requirements of prospective clients and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Product Demonstration and Education: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and applications of our equipment. Educate customers on the value proposition of our products compared to competitors.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including pricing quotations, specifications, and terms of sale, to secure new business opportunities.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all inquiries and support needs.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Proven minimum 2 years minimum track record of success in B2B sales within the foodservice equipment. Candidates that can bring their own customer base will be strongly preferred.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks to meet targets.

Technical aptitude to understand and effectively demonstrate complex equipment features.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. In addition to competitive commission rates, we offer incentives, bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement based on performance.
