Job Description
We are Zushi Sushi and Ramen (Japenese Restaurant).
Wash and clean the dining utensils, drink containers, as well as the tools and equipment used for food and drink preparation.
• Place empty trays for dishes in the cart, along with the dishwashing detergent container for spoons, forks, and dipping bowls, and hang them properly on the cart.
• Place the empty cart with trays and the dishwashing detergent container for spoons, forks, and dipping bowls in the designated area for servers to place used items.
• Take the cart with used items to the dishwashing area to prepare for washing.
• Place the used items and kitchen utensils from the chef in the dishwashing area to prepare for washing.
• Clear food scraps from the items and dispose of them in the trash before washing with water.
• Wash the items with dishwashing detergent before arranging them on the rack.
• Arrange the items on the rack properly, ensuring they are not too tight or too loose, before placing them into the dishwasher.
• Wipe the items dry and arrange them neatly after they come out of the dishwasher.
• Check the stock and the amount of dishwashing detergent needed each time.
• Check the condition of the dishwasher according to the designated schedule.
• Resolve any issues quickly and appropriately.
