Position Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality support, efficient processes, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader who can train, motivate, and manage a team while continuously improving service standards.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Spring Valley location; remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the customer service team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor customer interactions, analyze feedback, and implement improvements.
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance to customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service management or related leadership role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and team management abilities.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive improvements.
Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
