The Role
We're seeking a reliable Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose and repair various commercial roofing systems. You'll work with modern equipment, quality materials, and experienced teammates while building expertise in TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform commercial roof inspections and accurately diagnose issues
Complete quality repairs on TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems
Document work performed and materials used for client records
Communicate professionally with team members and clients
Follow all safety regulations and company policies - safety is non-negotiable
What You Need
Construction experience preferred (On the job training is provided)
Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Willingness to travel, season dependent, within Missouri, Kansas,and nearby states
Must pass background check and drug screening
Schedule & Expectations
Primary Schedule: Monday through Friday
On-Call Rotation: One to two weekends per month for emergency service calls
Paid Travel: Travel required within our service area, depending on the season. All travel is paid.
