Responsibilities: Handles incoming and outgoing mail, conference room calendar, office equipment and supplies Document Control Process Contracts/Purchase orders Prepare and keep logs for contracts/purchase orders Assist with Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll Assist in preparing and coordinating documents, presentations, etc. Type a variety of documents (may be highly confidential) Coordinate and process general administrative work (timesheets, accounts payable, purchase orders, etc.) Data Entry Assist with OFCCP & 16 Step Compliance Review Insurance Certificates and Log Requirements: Office administration required Construction office experience or equivalent Light accounting Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Punctual and dependable Ability to follow instructions and take initiative Excellent verbal, communication and organizational skills are a must Understanding of the Industrial, Civil and Mechanical construction industry would be a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Balfour Beatty plc
