Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Welder/Fabricators to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a team environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder/Fabricator - 2nd Shift

Location: Barronett, WI

Pay Range: $20 - $28/hr

What's the Job?

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications
• Set up and operate welding equipment and machines
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to enhance productivity and quality

What's Needed?

• Previous welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
