We’ll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart. Your responsibilities include: ● Performing MIG welding on structural steel components ● Reading basic blueprints and work instructions ● Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality ● Following safety procedures and reporting issues ● Working closely with team members to meet production goals What You Bring We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to work hard, learn fast, and build something that matters.
