This position is an exempt full-time position located in McHenry, IL. The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually with bonus eligibility. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) and 2 remote days (Wednesday & Friday). We will consider remote for the right candidate. We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing-focused web applications and automation systems to drive customer engagement and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong blend of front-end and back-end development skills, along with a keen eye for user experience (UX).
Key responsibilities include: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive marketing websites, landing pages, email templates and applications to support business objectives.
- Integrate websites with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate closely with design and content teams to bring campaigns and websites to life.
- Develop API connections between various marketing platforms and databases.
- Maintain data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Optimize web pages for speed, SEO best practices, mobile responsiveness, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Qualifications & Skills required: - Proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap
- Strong back-end development experience with Adobe Coldfusion, Python, PHP, or similar.
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server a plus).
- Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs and webhooks development.
- Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce CRM with an understanding of their APIs
- Experience using Adobe Create Suite for prototyping and graphics design, in addition to development (Dreamweaver)
- Knowledge of web server configuration, database configuration and security,
- Understanding of technical SEO principles/best practices, UX and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in full stack web development with a marketing focus.
- eCommerce experience.
- Solid understanding of lead generation best practices.
