Primary Responsibilities: This position is for responsible restoration technicians for fire and water damage remediation. Responsible for responding to fire and water damage emergencies including after hours and on call.
Duties include:
-Responding to emergency calls
-Written and photo and documentation projects
-General Demolition
- General Cleaning of construction site
- Smoke Cleaning
- Water mitigation
- Fire clean up
- Demolition of affected building materials
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow direction, yet take initiative
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize
- Great work ethic
- Driving company vehicle
-IICRC Certifications a plus but not required
- REQUIRED: Must have a valid driver's license, pass drug test and background check, and be available on call after hours
