Bilingual Warehouse Checker/Packer

· The job location is in Carrollton, Texas 75006

· Pay Rate: Starting at $15/hr; increases to $16/hr.

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

· Overtime: Mostly on Saturdays (optional)

· Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility

· Temp-to-Perm

 

Once trained on FedEx Processing; $17/hr upon permanent hire (approximately 3 months from start)

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pack products securely, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Assist with FedEx processing once trained.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow warehouse safety rules and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish.

 

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous warehouse, packing, or order-checking experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed (primarily Saturdays).
