What It Takes to Drive Forks For Us:

• Spin It & Stack It - With your high school diploma or GED and forklift cert in hand, you run cherry pickers like a pro - loading, unloading, and stacking goods all shift long. Lifting requirements are up to 50 pounds.
• Be the Flow - With 6+ months of cherry picker and/or forklift experience in a warehouse environment under your belt, that means you know how to keep freight moving, staging product, and keeping the floor steady and smooth.
• Stay Sharp - You read work orders, follow labels, and use scanners or basic computer skills to track inventory and keep mistakes from slowing the crew down.
• Squad Goals - You show up reliable, on time, and ready to work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to hit daily goals and keep production rolling.
• Play It Safe - Safety isn't optional. You check your forklift daily, follow warehouse rules, and protect yourself and your crew - because bold drivers know reckless doesn't cut it.
