What You'll Be Doing

As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, your day will be filled with:

• Driving non-CDL vehicles to deliver packages of all shapes and sizes.
• Lifting packages weighing up to 70 lbs with ease.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a smile.
• Maintaining a stellar driving record while navigating your delivery routes.
• Working flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• To pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions

As a full-time Casual Package Delivery Driver, you can expect:

• Workdays that can vary from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday.
• Shifts lasting between eight to ten hours.

Note: This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic way to start your journey with UPS. Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent positions, which offer an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year, including:
