**Responsibilities:**
* Performs service valet pick-up and delivery functions
* Safely operates Center loaner vehicles and customer vehicles during pick-up and delivery
* Transports and organizes vehicles on the dealership lot, making sure they are clean and have gas
* Performs basic explanation of loaner policies and guidelines to customers and secures authorization signatures on loaner contract
* Cleans customer vehicles as needed in limited circumstances
* Verifies receipt of and performs damage inspection on loaner vehicles when picking up from customers
**Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
* Able to maintain a professional appearance
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous valet and/or customer service experience preferred
* Valid drivers license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
