UKG Pwfm Technology Implementation Consultant

Working with our Global Payroll and Workforce Management Team means you will be working with our clients to implement PWFM technologies (UKG, Dayforce, Infor, etc.) to support their growing Workforce Management needs and the workforce of the future.

Recruiting for this role ends on 12/31/25. Work you'll do:

• Implementation of PWFM Technology Products (UKG, Dayforce, Infor, etc.)
• Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer, technology, and manufacturing industries.
• Working in the full lifecycle of a PWFM Technology Implementation project or workstream including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare
• Working with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings on integrations, development, customizations and conversion.
• Take responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effort.
• Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions.
• Completion of training on a specific product (UKG, Dayforce, Infor, etc.) and in a specific area (Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Core HR, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment, demonstrating strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• 2+ years of working with WFM functions/processes (e.g. scheduling, timekeeping, approvals, etc.) and/or technologies (e.g. UKG, Dayforce, WFM, etc.)
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills by preparing meeting notes, drafting team emails, and participating in group discussions.
• Independent completion of 1-2 assignments at a time, consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities with guidance from team members.
• Learned and applied 1-2 new tools or processes contributing to team projects and improving personal efficiency.
• Completion of a product certification in the first 6 months of employment
• Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in the full lifecycle of a PWFM project or workstream including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing
• 2+ years of experience in requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400 to $155,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
