Territory Sales Representative - Produce & Food Industry
Lancaster, PA | Day Shift | $45,000+ Base Salary | Commission + Gas Reimbursement

We're hiring a Territory Sales Representative to expand our customer base and grow sales in the produce and food service industry . This role is perfect for someone with proven sales experience who thrives on building client relationships, driving new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts within an assigned territory.
• Sell fresh produce and food service products to restaurants, distributors, and retail partners.
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and deliver customized proposals.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate orders, on-time deliveries, and top-notch service.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in produce, food service, or distribution .
• Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and closing deals .
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel within territory.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
