🔧 NOW HIRING: Experienced Fitter-Welders – Jennings, LA Fabrication Shop 🔧
Greenberry Industrial is looking for skilled Fitter-Welders to join our team in Jennings, Louisiana . If you’ve got hands-on experience in fabrication welding and a solid work ethic, we want to hear from you.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:Reading and working from blueprints and specs to lay out and assemble metal parts
Performing FCAW welding (must be able to pass a weld test)
Using various welding techniques: GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, SAW, oxy-acetylene, and more
Cutting and shaping metal with torches, brakes, shears, and bending machines
Fixing worn-out parts by welding on new layers
Showing up on time, ready to work safely and efficiently
Following all safety guidelines and company procedures
Tackling any additional tasks as needed
Proven experience in fabrication welding (FCAW experience is a must)
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
Positive attitude and solid communication skills
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
