Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 2 years related experience, is required.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period. Applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work at our facilities.

Our work involves cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and more. The Sr Advanced Configuration Management Associate will:

• Collaborate with hardware, software, test, and installation teams on build schedules and initiate build and packaging processes.
• Create and evaluate system installation procedures for software and firmware releases.
• Work with technicians and SMEs to generate, review, and execute build documentation to ensure product quality.
• Manage software/firmware build configurations, ensuring proper control, tracking, and storage.
• Ensure software builds are repeatable and error-free across all media versions and stages of development.
• Verify that software, test, and production environments match final lab and shipboard installation builds.
• Coordinate shipments of media to customer locations.
• Coordinate software and firmware releases with other programs/projects.
• Track and manage licenses for servers and network switches, including counts and usage.
• Contribute to contract deliverable documentation as required.

What you bring to the table:

• Strong knowledge of MIL-HDBK-61, DoD standards, and Configuration Management practices.
• Experience with Product Data Management (PDM) applications like Windchill.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Adherence to company Configuration/Data Management policies.
• Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.

Workplace Options:

• Position is primarily on-site with potential for hybrid/flex arrangements over time.
• Work location is at the Progeny Systems team in Manassas, at the Innovation site.

Salary Note

This salary range is typical based on experience and location, with actual pay varying. The position remains open until filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $43.50 per hour
