The selected candidate manages a team of 10-12 technicians, responsible for servicing Department of Defense fuel facilities in the United States and abroad. The individual shares responsibility, with PM and fellow supervisors, for overall performance of the team, to include product delivery schedules, KPIs, and technical solutions. This position requires a confident team leader, with the people and communication skills necessary to motivate a geographically dispersed group. The candidate will possess refined computer skills and have experience composing process documentation and improvement practices.

Other Responsibilities:
Confirm technician team maintains the manufacturer's equipment certifications required by the contract, and underground storage tank (UST) certifications as applicable to region and state requirements
Monitor efficiency of travel for direct reports and assist in forecasting overall technician team schedule
Collaborate with leadership team to improve internal training and safety awareness initiatives, to meet or exceed corporate expectations
Review and approve expense reporting of direct reports in Concur
Deltek time sheet review for compliance with corporate time keeping policy
Responsible for new technician onboarding and training
Executes a consistent program for recognition and award, improving employee morale and job satisfaction
Implement corrective actions, as necessary
Executes all assigned responsibilities in conformance with federal, state and local governmental regulations, consistent with company standards of ethics, safety, and quality
Up to 50% travel

Required Skills and Education

Associate's degree in a technical or scientific field and four years' experience
Four years in a supervisory role
Highly effective communicator, both written and spoken
Training experience in one-on-one and small group settings
Confidence in compiling refined customer deliverables utilizing Microsoft Office Suite & M365
Drive to accomplish goals within established timelines
