Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver interpretation service to patients in medical settings.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures as defined by the company standards.
• Demonstrate professional conduct, including reliability, punctuality, and preparedness for assigned shifts.
• Engage respectfully and collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in our quality assurance and monitoring programs.

Requirements :

• Medical Interpretation Training Certificate
• Fluency and excellent verbal communication skills in both the source and target language. Source language is English
• 1-5 years of professional experience in medical interpreting.
• Deep respect and understanding of cultural nuances, legal and medical terminology relevant to our LEP clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the code of ethics and standards of practice
• Familiarity with medical privacy laws (HIPAA) and applicable federal and state regulations.
