We are looking for a Canvassing District Manager to lead a team of highly qualified canvassers to educate homeowners about Suntuitys services and schedule appointments with qualifying candidates while building and promoting strong, long lasting customer relationships. Requirements:

2+ years of prior canvassing experience
Experience working in the solar industry
Flexible schedule - ability to work evenings and weekends
Experience leading a team of canvassers
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of canvassers
