About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman to lead field crews on a variety of civil and site development projects in the Newington, NH area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a solid background in earthwork, utilities, grading, and site preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sitework crews
• Read and interpret site plans, grades, and project specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity on active job sites
• Communicate effectively with project managers and inspectors

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sitework Foreman (or similar leadership role)
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, excavation, and grading
• Ability to operate site equipment as needed
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10/30 preferred
