Key Responsibilities: Safely operate skid-steer loaders and water truck at the direction of the Operations Supervisor. Safely directs truck traffic during unloading and loading operations. Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on the skid-steer and attachments to ensure proper functionality. Performing daily cleaning, upkeep and safety checks of the equipment pre and post operation to ensure smooth operation of equipment. Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors. Support additional labor tasks as required, contributing to overall project completion. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment. What does it take to work for Groome Industrial Service Group? High school diploma or equivalent; certification in heavy equipment operation preferred. Previous experience operating skid-steer loaders or similar equipment. Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in equipment operation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions.
