What You Will Do
Lead the Way
- Oversee Performance Marketing: Be the key point of contact for all aspects of Autotrader/Kelley Blue Book including paid Search Engine Marketing, Display, social media, external partnerships, and sitewide traffic trends.
- Drive Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns on a national scale to stimulate growth, while collaborating closely with brand marketing for comprehensive planning.
- Manage Agencies Effectively: Lead agencies to deliver successful performance campaigns across search, native, display, and social. This includes overseeing annual planning, daily/weekly calls, reporting, and test results.
- Analyze Business Projects: Participate in producing, analyzing, and presenting projects such as Media Mix Modeling, as well as forecasting on a monthly and annual basis.
Innovate for Success
- Spot Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities for Autotrader/Kelley Blue Book through innovation, market evaluation, and analytics.
- Develop Disruptive Strategies: Propose cutting-edge marketing strategies, create points of view, and launch projects that highlight Autotrader/Kelley Blue Book's unique value proposition, using a consumer-focused framework.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously explore emerging technologies, AI advancements, competitive insights, and digital industry trends, promoting innovation and thought leadership.
Communicate Effectively
- Tell Compelling Stories: Use storytelling skills to convey marketing's impact on the business and its critical role in facilitating the vehicle shopping journey for consumers.
Collaborate Successfully
- Work with Internal Teams: Collaborate effectively with product, marketing analytics, marketing technology, decision sciences, finance, and other stakeholders to improve product offerings, accuracy of data, and forecasting abilities.
- Align with Brand Marketing: Partner seamlessly with brand marketing teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to planning and execution, recognizing the role of performance marketing in overall campaigns.
- Build External Relationships: Manage partnerships with vendors and other external partners to ensure alignment on business expectations and traffic goals.
- Enhance Data Tracking: Document and collaborate with Tech leads to improve first-party data tracking and advocate for product enhancements (such as pixels, feeds, audience management).
Project Management Excellence
- Manage Deliverables Smoothly: Efficiently manage deliverables, maintain budget records, oversee billing, facilitate department communication, and organize meetings.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years of marketing experience with a substantial focus on digital media, including Paid Search, Display, and Social. Consideration will be given for alternate combinations of education and experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle heavy workload and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience managing national campaigns with a multi-million-dollar budget.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for effectively collaborating with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Experience managing advertising agencies and external vendors.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in an advertising agency is a plus.

Salary Range: USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year
Compensation Details:
The base salary ranges from $119,600.00 to $199,400.00, dependent on location and candidate qualifications. Other compensation may include an incentive program.
Benefits Overview:
