About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth store operations. Your primary focus will be processing freight efficiently, managing replenishments, and supporting omni-channel operations to enhance the shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming products, including unloading shipments and managing stockroom operations to fulfill omni-channel needs.
• Ensure sales floor is well-stocked by replenishing products based on sales trends and seasonal demands.
• Provide outstanding customer engagement by greeting shoppers and assisting them with product inquiries and needs.
• Maintain product protection standards to safeguard our inventory.
• Assist in the training of new associates on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, and other essential resources as required by store leadership.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Strong customer service abilities with keen attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
• No previous retail experience is necessary; we welcome all applicants.
• Ages 16 and older may apply.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.

Pay Starts At: $13.00
