This is for content services focuses on capital projects and MarTek initiative and supporting marketing digital delivery. Servant leader, driving the work and has the confidence to facilitate, good energy, understand challenges before pushing change. This will be in support of seasonal marketing digital delivery.

They really need a Scrum Master who has excellent communication & follow up skills.
Someone who has the go-getter mentality.
Ok with excel skills
Marketing squad following a seasonal squad that has hard timelines (more of a combo of project/program management).
Someone who has the ability and desire to learn. Totally fine if you dont know something as long as you are good with wanting to learn!
1 new squad being built driven from a marketing perspective
Marketing experience would be helpful!


20 digital squads we have quarterly planning.
5+ years of Scrum Master experience.

Pay Rate: $58 -$65/hr.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of project management fundamentals.
Bachelors Degree
Previous scrum master experience desired.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related discipline with an information technology or equivalent and extensive related IT Technical or Customer Support experience.
Two or more years of project management, or business requirements analysis.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Experience with CONFLUENCE; and GHERKIN knowledgeable.
High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively.
Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently.
Certified Scrum Master preferred.
Skillset:
Min 5 yrs of Scrum Master experience
Min 5 years of Traditional Project Management Experience
Forecasting is a plus / SAFE Background is very helpful
Marketing project work would be helpful
