Job Description

A Physical Therapist opportunity is available in a K-12 educational setting located in Apex, NC. This contract position is for the current school year and involves providing therapeutic services to support students' physical development and functional abilities within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students physical abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school personnel to promote student progress
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions and re-evaluations as needed
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure in Physical Therapy
