Responsibilities: The consultant position is responsible for SAP FICO operation and users’ support. Working as a team member, this position will be required to communicate with F&A customers directly in several Asian countries, internal F&A team. The consultant is expected to provide solutions promptly with in-depth technical analysis & investigation on FICO issues related to month-end closing and interface with peripheral systems. Research, design, and develop computer software or specialised utility programs. Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of mathematical analysis. Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures. The consultant must have a passion for customer service and consultation which contribute to each company’s business and operation efficiency.
