Responsibilities

• Database maintenance and enhancement: adding new companies and contacts to the database; updating and correcting information
• Marketing: facilitate the setup of mass emails to customers as directed by sales leadership
• Contribute to sales initiatives by generating data, managing the database, producing leads, and providing insights about the progress of those initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or military experience (preferred but not required)
• Computer literacy in a Windows environment (some proficiency in Excel required)
• Experience using the phone: answering/forwarding incoming calls or making outbound calls
• Experience in operations, marketing, sales, data entry, administration, or customer service (preferred but not required)
• Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Thrives on fast-paced environment and can adapt at prioritizing responsibilities and tasks to effectively meet deadlines
