Job Description
Renovation and maintenance work. Full time, year round, get paid every week on the books. Anything and everything to do with houses and apartments. Patch, paint, light plumbing and electric, exteriors, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, cabinets, appliances, extermination, clean ups, heavy lifting, landscaping, snow, concrete, trash, etc.
Wage will vary based on experience. Opportunities for overtime. Generous paid time off including the first year plus paid holidays. Regular hours, never on-call unless you want to be. All work local in and around Pittsburgh. 401(k) offered.
Required: own a vehicle (truck/van preferred), driver's license, drug test, can work on ladders and roofs when necessary, heavy lifting
