Responsibilities:
As a Remote Vacation Planner, your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via email, phone calls, or online chat to understand their vacation preferences, requirements, and budget.
Itinerary Creation: Create customized vacation itineraries tailored to the clients interests and needs, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate directly with various vendors such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, and transportation services to secure bookings and negotiate favorable terms.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance, are organized and provided to clients.
Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destination information, and travel regulations to provide the best advice and options to clients.
