Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling administrative tasks such as: scheduling appointments, calendar management, directing deliveries. Assist in setting up meeting room for clients as needed throughout the day. Providing basic information to visitors and callers. Keeping track and ordering office supplies. Handling mail, faxes, and other office communications. May also include tasks like photocopying, filing, and data entry. Handling sensitive information with discretion. Providing administrative support to various departments within the organization. Experience in AP, billing, handling invoices, accounting, Xcel and Word. Comfortable with walking up and down 1 flight of stairs a few times throughout the day.
