Reporting to the Senior QA Engineer, this individual will be tasked with both business and technical teams to ensure that the systems built meet quality standards for all stakeholders. In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills and good Call Center knowledge, and experience. If you also have hands-on experience in automated or manual software quality assurance testing, we’d like to meet you. Your day-to-day aspiration should be to help ensure high-quality software that supports the common goal of outstanding patient experience and care. Responsibilities Understand and use the continuous testing pipeline, test suite, and associated tooling to ensure the on-going delivery of a high-quality platform. Provide good call center workflow knowledge for integration and use in automated and manual tests Execute and report results of automation testing runs against controlled sets of changes during all phases of functional and nonfunctional testing to certify the quality of new software releases Identify, assess, and track all implementation defects through the resolution lifecycle Participate and advocate from the perspective of testability and automation in the SDLC planning, requirements definition, and design phases of new functional and non-function capabilities Assess, report, and advise periodically on the direction and content of the quality platform and its implementation Requirements 3+ years of experience with pharmaceutical processes and controls 2+ years' experience manual testing during the development of software products Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical staff. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a curious mind for investigating and breaking software.
