Property Accountant

$80,000-$90,000 base salary (depending on experience)  

North Phoenix, AZ (on-site)  

Vaco has partnered with a leader in the real estate industry that is looking for their next Property Accountant. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company as well as high visibility to the executive team. The Property Accountant will lead the accounting team, oversee reconciliations and lender compliance, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage cash flow and process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support the accounting team, ensuring efficiency and professional development.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, loan statement analysis, and lender compliance.
• Ensure accurate recording of home sales, COGS, floorplan interest, and inventory payoffs.
• Manage cash flow, utilities, and financial reporting to support operational needs.
• Maintain financial accuracy through reconciliations, vendor management, and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field required
• Real Estate experience required

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
