Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. As a Project Manager II, you will be part of the project management team supporting various business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager II

Location: Waukegan, IL

Pay Range: 100/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Manage and direct the activities and people associated with medium to large-scale projects.
• Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and focus.
• Develop and monitor project initiatives, implementing project requirements, plans, and processes.
• Guide and monitor project staff to ensure project success within defined budgets and timelines.
• Provide expert project guidance and support proactively through project completion.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• 10+ years of experience as an SAP FICO consultant with a strong background in SAP implementation projects.
• Expert-level knowledge in SAP FI and CO, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Product Costing.
• Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong integration knowledge of FICO with other SAP modules and boundary systems.
