Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership | Manage all phases of federal and government construction projects from bid through closeout.
  • Contract Management | Ensure compliance with FAR, Davis-Bacon, and other federal contracting requirements.
  • Financial Oversight | Manage budgets, forecasts, cost tracking, and change orders.
  • Team Coordination | Lead field and office teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality goals are met.
  • Client & Agency Relations | Serve as primary contact for contracting officers, architects, and inspectors.
  • Reporting | Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance logs.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5-10+ years of experience managing federal or government construction projects.
  • Deep knowledge of design-build and/or hard-bid delivery methods.
  • Strong understanding of federal contract compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Primavera, or similar project management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
