The Production Assistant supports manufacturing operations for data center and backup power generation enclosure production by maintaining accurate transactional records, updating production tracking systems, assisting with administrative tasks, and facilitating communication between departments. This role ensures data integrity, timeliness of reporting, and organizational efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ­ System Transaction Management:
• Ensure real-time and accurate transaction entry in JobBOSS (or equivalent ERP system) for all production-related activities.
• Poduction Progress Tracking:
• Update Monday.com boards daily to reflect accurate unit progress through the production lifecycle.
• Work closely with supervisors and team leads to obtain real-time updates and reflect them in tracking systems.
• ­ Administrative & Reporting Support:
• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports, checklists, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Compile production data for internal reporting or performance tracking purposes.
• ­ Payroll & Timekeeping Support:
• Assist in maintaining employee timekeeping records, ensuring timely and accurate updates in Paylocity or other timekeeping platforms.
• Follow up on missing punches, approvals, and schedule discrepancies with supervisors or HR as necessary.
• ­ Cross-Functional Support:
• Coordinate with production, materials, and scheduling teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
• Support team leads with documentation or tracking needed for process improvements and production planning.

• ­ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• ­ 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• ­ Familiarity with ERP systems such as JobBOSS and productivity tools like Monday.com preferred.
• ­ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• ­ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data entry skills.
• ­ Ability to work independently while supporting multiple team members and shifting priorities.
• ­ Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
